Having reviewed several third parties I sent a quotation request to Ivory Grahpics.
Unfortunately £54 is somewhat above my budget, having discussed the matter with the reprographics technician, I have found it is entirely possible to print a deck at college, as a student has indeed done so before. My reservation lies in my ability to cut the cards by hand to a high standard, as if I make a mistake on any given card, I will obviously have to print again.
