Responsive: Wrapped Collective

This quick brief asked for participants to submit wrapping paper designs based on pattern.
My initial response was based upon recent pattern work I have been developing as part of 505.
Upon reviewing this piece I realised it might be better to focus on the central patterned circle imagery.

Zatul showed me a method of creating repeated patterns by dividing the imagery into quarters. I have in past made of the Filter -> Other -> Offset to test the seamlessness of repeating patterns.

This tile however did not scale well to A format and unfortunately the submission required an A2 .pdf.

Eventually, I simply placed the circles within a regular dull grid, which should repeat easily.
