Applied Illustration: Final Peer Review

During this final session we ordered into random groups and analysed the work of peers in regards to the learning outcomes.

The criticisms focussed on the consideration of audience; I would suggest the products would have been improved by the addition of an informative tone, thus appealing more to children.

Comments were positive in regards to the aesthetic of the product range, and there were some suggestions about other potential products I might propose. Interestingly, one comment concerned taking the 2-D drawings into larger toys. Although I have not had the time to do so during this module, perhaps during level 6 I will make some attempt to create a construction toy.
