Responsive: Tiger Print Boards

I am unsatisfied with the quality of the patterns I created for this brief. Although I am relatively new at the process I suggest that I could have made several improvements to make the designs better.

The brief specified the audience are consumers who shop at M&S, I would add that wrapping paper etc is most likely to be bought by women, which is why designs typically involve flowers etc. While this imagery of women buying things because they involve flowers is an archaic idea, it hasn't seemed to prevent most of the designs in this competition using flowers... Although I certainly see the appeal of flowers having worked as a floral technician for 6 years I decided to use engines as the central motif within the designs, as I felt that the distinction compared to other designs might improve their changes in the competition.

The primary issue is the colouration, I feel as though a few of the colours are somewhat anaemic in appearance, which is probably something you would want to avoid with creating packaging or wrapping.
