Visual Journal: Summary

The visual journal has represented a continual exploration of material and aesthetic. By making habitual use of the journal, in sketchbooks or loose sheets I have been able to test stray ideas or make quick studies. However, I have found that during the documentation process it often seems that there is often little distinction between the work in the visual journal and that of formal development for the moving and printed pictures briefs. This may prove to be problematic during submission, although I would argue that the lack of distinction is simply evident of the continual synthesis throughout the module.
