After initially struggling to incorporate the faces into the composition, I realised the issues was with the appropriateness of their inclusion.
The forest portion of the image was drawn without drama and communicates far more about the show than the more obvious portraiture; the faces are unnecessary additions.
I also made eleven decent screen-prints using the design. Using the channels I separated the lines from the general tonal qualities of the colouration into two spot channels.
I find that the screen prints bring a different aesthetic quality, and perhaps simplify the issues of colouration.
