Visual Communication: Studio Brief 2 (Continued)

Another idea I fancied was the amalgamation of skylines, this meant combining the notable and recognisable features of cities into dense compositions, I soon realised that this was might be too much to realise in illustrator with my current familiarity with the program.

Another discarded idea entailed the use of the cities initial letters as the basis of the composition.
For example London would be based on a Gill Sans 'L', Rome a Times New Roman 'R'.
However I soon became frustrated that I couldn't find an appropriate 4 letter word that these could potentially spell when placed together.



















An additional idea outlines that perhaps the 4 postcards could form a single citycape which could then be divided into it's distinctive parts.
