During these sessions, we organised into groups of about 6 students.
Our task was to construct a hot-dog book using the screen printing process, the books included eight pages, thus at least one page per student. In addition, each page had to have a vaguely coherent connection or theme. Our group chose to centre the book around zombies, as it appeared to be a theme of similar interest.
Each page was created by the following students (from top left);
Hannah, Joe, me, Becca, Zatul, Hannah (again), Joe (again) and Sophie H.
I found that working as a unit highlighted the individual traits of each group member as we worked together on the joint venture.
I highly enjoyed the collaboration and screen printing process and the unique two-tone aesthetic it creates.
