This brief asks for contributors to create a poster for 'Made You Look'. The documentary goes into some detail about the working practice of graphic designers, illustrators and artists. My response is based around the studio environment, I wished to avoid a composition similar to previous posters, which were characteristically flat and focussed on typography. The composition I created is based around a messy studio environment, reflecting the variety of practices within the documentary... but mostly the use of the composition is functional, to draw the eye toward the title 'Made You Look'.
After a consultation with Matt, I added arrows and symbols to extenciate the path of the eye eing drawn into the composition. I also improved the title with some custom brushes.
