Britain's Wonderful Airforce!

Air Commodore FELLOWS, P.F.M (ed), 1942(?), Britain's Wonderful Airforce, , London, Odhams Press

Unlike the previous book I discussed, this book was written during conflict. The book was devised as a tool of mild propaganda and meant to inspire patriotism and confidence in readers.

The book details the inner workings of the RAF in high detail with plenty of photographic documentation as well as some fantastic illustrations. The diagrams reveal the mechanical interiors of aircraft as well as detailing battle stratagem and protocol.
I find it somewhat peculiar that the RAF offered such a highly detailed book during a time there was a paranoia in regards to Nazi spies... unless this book also contains disinformation.
