Printed Pictures: Individualised Brief

During this session we re-wrote the brief to accommodate our concept.

The final form is as follows:

Brief:

.Produce six paperback Agatha Christie book covers (110mm x 178)

.Use the screen printing process

.The printing process should make use of no more than three inks

.The titles to produce covers for are as follows:

'The Man in the Brown Suit'

'The Sittaford Mystery'

'Murder on the Orient Express'

'Death on the Nile'

'An Appointment with Death'

'Evil Under the Sun

.The covers should convey the darker themes of the books, such as thrilling mystery, danger and murder

.The covers should appeal to existing fans of the franchise

.Although the designs may only use three inks, additional colours may be achieved using the stock and the layering of inks

Deliverables:

.The ultimate deadline is January the 20th

.Definitely complete the imagery by Christmas
