Printed Pictures: Digital Qualms

Today I spent an obscene amount of time attempting to create the book covers in illustrator.

I found the process quite infuriating and as a result I have finally decided to produce the imagery manually on tracing paper.

If needed I will revise the imagery later on photoshop.

The first image does not clearly communicate that the window is that of a London tube train.

 The second image is more successful, but seems unbalanced.

The third attempt was far better, however I would prefer to make additions of texture.
