About the Author: Presentation and Peer Review

I summarised the research I have undertaken in the form of a short presentation. To avoid repeating the information on each slide, I removed avoided using text in the presentation and instead relied on relevant imagery. After the presentation the peer audience had the opportunity to ask questions or make suggestions. The group praised the quantity of research and the way in which I had critically studied the information concerning each author, rather than simply regurgitating it.

The peers also drew attention to common themes surrounding the fiction of Agatha Christie, such as the brooding isolated atmosphere.

The group were also positive about my initial sketches in response to the subject, however I aim to use a wider variety of  material rather than continue to use fine liners.
